Each unlockable character has a set of very specific unlock conditions that players will need to meet before they can start using them in Super Mario Party. To help you out, we’ve put together this quick guide with everything you need to unlock the secret characters in Super Mario Party. How to Unlock All Secret Characters in Super Mario Party As we stated above, there are four secret characters that players can unlock in Super Mario Party and each one has a set of specific requirements to unlock them. The characters that you can unlock include Dry Bones, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong and Pom Pom. Two of the characters will be unlocked by completing portions of the Challenge Road, while the other two will require very particular requirements to be met. Donkey Kong Players can unlock Donkey Kong as a playable character by completing the River Survival mode. You’ll have to play the game mode three different times—making sure to land at a different exit each time you play. When you complete your third game, Donkey Kong should be cheering you on from the sidelines. Head back to the plaza after you finish up the round and he’ll be there waiting to be unlocked. Dry Bones To unlock this character, you’re just going to need to keep playing until he randomly shows up in the plaza. Because it’s random, make sure you’re heading back to the plaza after every game to see if he’s waiting to be unlocked. Diddy Kong To unlock Diddy Kong you will need to unlock the Challenge Road, which is a game mode that is unlocked after you have unlocked every minigame. Once you unlock the Challenge Road, play through to the end of World 2 and beat it. Once you beat Diddy Kong in Challenge Road he will be waiting back at the plaza for you to unlock him. Pom Pom To unlock Pom Pom you’re going to need to play to the end of World 5 and beat it in Challenge Road. After you complete this world, Pom Pom will appear out in the plaza, allowing you to unlock her to use in the game.
